Been here twice now and it’s quickly becoming my fave in the area! Bar team are great and always having a laugh, which I love. Came with my wife for a roast, the food was good, football was on & the atmosphere was great, can’t ask for much more. Elliot did a great job serving us. Thanks guys!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE ROAST. Raw, dry and undercooked vegetables; potatoes that seem like they were cooked last week, No sauce on the £6.50 cauliflower cheese which was more like mushy baby food. Meat had a decent texture but was bland. Overpriced, badly cooked; ordered the lamb for 4 half the veg came out once the rest was cold. contender for worst roast ever. Gordon Ramsay would have a field day they have to invent new swear words

It’s Sunday, I just asked for a table to enjoy a Sunday roast. I’ve been just served with the sparkling water she suggested me to drink with. She didn’t even come to say sorry when I asked to another waiter for my Sunday roast that was never ordered…unacceptable!

I have been to this pub several times I ordered two stick toffee puddings it had not been cooked it was a load of slush will not be returning. How can they serve this to customers I wish I took some photos I did complain and got a refund.

Really nice place, a proper pub with decent food. Good selection of keg craft and welcoming for families. Loved the vegan main.

A real pleasant surprise as we were passing the pub and saw it did Sunday roast so popped in and great roast had with excellent service first from George who found a table that was quieter for me being a hearing aids wearer so did not want too much back ground noise and from Jess who took our orders and served us excellent Sunday lunch thanks

I visited for the first time after work today and being a contractor I was in (clean) site clothing. The ladies who served me couldn't have been more standoffish although I was my usual polite self yet welcomed those in contemporary fashion with open arms. Even when I returned my glass to the bar before leaving and thanking them I was met with silence. Am I to understand that those of us who wear work clothes are not welcome in your pub?

Very good cocktails. Surprising selection of high quality spirits. It is a little noisy, but loooove the garden at the rear where you can smoke!!!! Genius
